In the project implemented at Vestel's washing machine factory in Manisa, automatic labeling and verification of products coming from the line were ensured.
The project was carried out to guarantee that the correct customer label is applied to the correct product.
Incorrect labeling and shipping risks
For each product coming from the line, the customer label matching the product type had to be printed correctly and verified that the printed label matched the product.

Barcode-read automatic application
The barcode of the product coming from the line was read by a barcode reader. According to the read product, the relevant job was automatically selected in the pallet applicator and the customer barcode suitable for the product was printed. The printed label was matched with the product and verified. The application was made operational by integrating it into the customer's existing systems.

The barcode of the washing machine coming from the line is scanned via automatic reader.

According to the read product, the labeling job is automatically selected in the applicator.
Automatic Labeling
The pallet applicator prints the customer barcode label custom to the product.

The printed label is matched with the product barcode and verified in integrated systems.
