Abalıoğlu Yağ produces milk powder at its facility in Niğde. The project was implemented to establish carton and pallet-level traceability and digitalize logistics processes.
By centrally monitoring production and shipment operations, operational visibility has been increased and shipping accuracy has been improved.
Reliable management of carton–pallet relationships
It was necessary to monitor which cartons were loaded onto which pallets throughout production and shipping operations. Manual processes created traceability gaps and increased recall risks.
