Traceable logistics from production to customer
Nuh'un Ankara operates a food manufacturing facility in Ankara. The project was launched to establish carton and pallet-level traceability throughout production and shipping operations.
The system enables the recording and monitoring of all product movements between the factory, external warehouses, and customers from a single platform.
Tracking carton–pallet relationships and transfers
It was necessary to identify which cartons were loaded onto which pallets and track their movements throughout the supply chain. Manual tracking created traceability gaps and increased recall and shipment risks.

Digitalized carton–pallet–warehouse–customer tracking
A traceability solution was implemented on the production and shipping lines. Cartons and pallets are automatically associated, while warehouse and customer transfers are recorded through handheld terminals.

Cartons are uniquely identified and registered in the system.
Pallet Association
Cartons are assigned to the corresponding pallets and recorded.
Transfer Registration
Warehouse and customer transfers are recorded using handheld devices.
Monitoring and Reporting
All movements are tracked and reported through the OnSuite Trace platform.
