Central traceability for uninterrupted production flow

In the Stackpole production environment, the goal was to track products individually across production steps, protect operation sequence integrity, and centrally manage process data.

The project created real-time visibility for quality and operations teams by making product history traceable from production to shipment.

Needs / Problems

Risk of tracking gaps across operations

Inability to track product movement reliably at individual level across operations created risks for process control and quality validation.

Solution

Operation-based individual product traceability infrastructure

Products were recognized by operation in the production flow and recorded at each step in the system. This enabled end-to-end traceability of product history and strengthened operation validation.
