In the project implemented at Haier Europe's cooking appliances factory in Eskisehir, automatic sorting of products and preparation for shipment after assembly and packaging were ensured. The project was carried out to automate the flow from packaging exit to the warehouse and to provide live traceability.
Automatic routing before shipment in home appliances
In the project implemented at the cooking appliances factory of Haier Europe, a global leader in home appliance production, in Eskisehir, products were automatically sorted and prepared for shipment after assembly and packaging.
The project was carried out to automate the logistics flow from packaging exit to the warehouse, prevent incorrect product shipments, and provide live traceability.
Manual sorting errors and lack of process visibility
It was necessary to route products coming from assembly and repair lines to the correct sorting lines after packaging and to run this flow in a controlled and traceable manner. Executing sorting and routing manually carried the risk of routing to the incorrect line, inefficiency, and weak process visibility.

Automatic sorting with barcode scanning and Andon tracking
In the system installed by SISKON, products coming from assembly and repair lines are sent to the packaging line via an elevator; post-packaging products are automatically routed to the sorting line. Sorting lines are programmed automatically based on the assembly line plan, and products scanned via barcode on the sorting line are routed to the corresponding lines. Accumulated products on the lines are picked up by forklift operators and sent to the warehouse. The entire process can be monitored live via Andon TVs in the field.

Products coming from assembly are automatically moved to the packaging line via an elevator system.

Products at the packaging exit are scanned by barcode to query assembly plan details.
Automatic Sorting
Products are automatically routed to sorting lines programmed according to the assembly plan.
Andon Monitoring
Forklift operators monitor line fill rates from Andon screens and move them to the warehouse.

Haier Global MES Integration
The system runs fully integrated with Haier Europe's Global MES (Manufacturing Execution System). Sorting results, barcode matches, and warehouse dispatch data are transmitted live through this integration.
