In the project implemented at Haier Europe's cooking appliances factory in Eskisehir, manual planning, tracking, and control processes on the assembly lines were made fully automatic. In the scope of the project, new assembly lines were installed and the process was made traceable end-to-end.
Digitalization in manufacturing and renewed conveyor systems
In the project implemented at the cooking appliances factory of Haier Europe, a global leader in home appliances, in Eskisehir, manual planning, tracking, and control processes on the assembly lines were made fully automatic.
Within the scope of the project, new assembly lines were installed, conveyor systems were completely renewed, and the entire process from packaging to the warehouse was made traceable end-to-end.
Manual tracking gaps and test-repair integration needs
Planning, tracking, and control processes on the assembly lines were carried out manually; this weakened process visibility and carried the risk of errors and inefficiency. There was a need for an automated structure where each product could be tracked individually from the start of production to the warehouse, including test and repair processes.

End-to-end digital assembly management with test-repair loop
New assembly lines were installed and conveyor systems were completely renewed at Haier Europe's cooking appliances factory. Manual planning, tracking, and control processes on the assembly lines were automated, making the entire assembly process digitally traceable. End-to-end traceability was achieved for all products on the basis of unique identities from the start of the assembly line to the warehouse. Test data was collected throughout production; products that failed tests were routed to repair, and the repair actions taken were recorded in the system.
Unique ID Assignment
A unique identity (barcode/DPM) is assigned to each product at the start of the line.
Test Data Collection
As products pass through test stations, test results are automatically written to the database.
Repair Routing
Products that fail tests are automatically diverted to the repair line and blocked.
Recording & Dispatch
Once repair actions are logged, products are approved and dispatched to the warehouse.
