At Groupe Atlantic's plant in Izmir Gaziemir ESBAS Free Zone, products carried on production busbars were tracked by operation up to packaging.
End-to-End Tracking on Production Busbars
Groupe Atlantic manufactures towel warmers at its Izmir facility. In this project, products moving on production busbars were tracked operation by operation.
The goal was to maintain full product-busbar visibility up to packaging and improve process control.
Visibility and control gaps in manual tracking
At every production stage, it had to be known which products were on which busbar and in which operation they were located.
