End-to-end traceable production on the prototype line

Delphi Technologies' plant in Izmir ESBAS Free Zone manufactures for the automotive supplier industry. In this project, customer-specific prototype products were made traceable across all machine operations.

The goal was to make prototype progress visible in real time by operation and strengthen process tracking and planning.

Needs / Problems

Lack of status visibility in prototype flow

It was not clearly visible at which stage and in which state customer-specific prototype products were during production.

End-to-end prototype tracking starting with marking

Prototype products were marked and uniquely identified before entering the line. Across all machine operations, each prototype's operation and current status were recorded.
