Duru Bulgur - Product-Carton-Pallet Traceability
The Product | Carton | Pallet traceability application was successfully implemented on production lines at Duru Bulgur's Karaman factory.
During the packaging stage, products were individually marked to ensure traceability. A similar structure was established for cartons and pallets, recording which product went into which carton and which carton was placed on which pallet.
Inter-warehouse transfers from different locations and transfers to customers were recorded using a handheld terminal application.
The Product – Carton – Pallet – Warehouse – Customer steps were made traceable and manageable on a single platform, based on the product serial number.
