PMI - Barcode Gate
During the shipping process, a barcode gate system installed at the exit ramp automatically reads all pallet labels.
Through integration, shipping work orders are automatically retrieved from the system and compared with pallet labels.
If the scanned pallet labels match the shipping orders, the pallet barcodes along with the shipping number are sent to the WMS system.
In case of incorrect label content, a warning is issued to the operator. This prevents the shipment of products with incorrect or missing barcodes.
