Haier Europe - Sorting Line Installation and Traceability
In the system established by SISKON, products from the assembly and repair lines are sent to the packaging line via an elevator. After packaging, products are automatically directed to the sorting line.
Based on the assembly line plan, sorting lines are programmed automatically. Products scanned with barcodes on the sorting line are directed to the relevant lines.
Products accumulated on the lines are collected by forklift operators and sent to the warehouse. The entire process can be monitored live through Andon TVs on site.
