Turk Demir Dokum - RFID Gate with Digital Kanban
In the project implemented using Sick RFGS Pro equipment, the material preparation process in the warehouse, including bin preparation, was optimized based on requirements from the production floor.
RFID tags were installed on over 300 bins, enabling automatic generation of material orders in the warehouse as bins exited through the RFID gate from the production floor. The material flow was restructured according to the pull methodology.
