Phinia - Laser Marking Machine and Traceability Integration

To ensure traceability of each product, a laser marking machine was developed for Phinia to facilitate marking and identification processes.

The machine was designed with 3-axis movement capability, creating a flexible structure.

The system was integrated with Oracle. Serial numbers to be printed on products were retrieved from Oracle. After the marking process, code content, grade, and position checks were automatically performed using a camera.

For conforming parts, confirmation data was sent back to Oracle.
