In NEMAK's discrete manufacturing traceability system, semi-finished products are tracked throughout the entire manufacturing and logistics process.
Each product is fitted with a Datamatrix code, which is scanned and associated with its container as it moves between operations. This ensures precise tracking of each container, while accumulated containers are efficiently transported to the warehouse.
The entire flow can be monitored in real time through dashboards, providing complete transparency and operational control.
