As a turnkey solution, the system went into operation with full integration of mechanical, automation, and ERP components.
Operating in sync with the Oracle ERP system, the machine performs automatic laser marking based on ERP data, followed by camera-based verification.
The system features 3-axis control and uses a Profinet infrastructure.
Monitoring, control, and integration processes are managed through a customer-specific SCADA system developed on the .NET platform.
